Job description: We’re looking for a IT Manager with previous experience.

Seniority: Senior/Middle.

Role and Activities:
-Under Plant Manager, the IT Support profile will be provide operational IT support (core applications & infrastructures) as well is provide business as usual support to business functions (manufacturing, supply chain);
-With the support of the central applications team, manage the ERP system (SAP R3) and other applications (MES, BI, Treasury, O365, documental), supported by the group IT team and by external suppliers;
-With the support of the central infrastructure team, manage the company IT infrastructure including network (infrastructure and devices), telephony and Users Hardware, monitoring systems and network performances to ensure the highest level of performance;
-Support manufacturing on different systems (such as MES, ERP);
-Ensure an active management of the day-to-day activities and incidents to increase quality of service delivered;
-Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems;
-Manage & coordinate vendors & IT suppliers.

Must Have:
-Previous experience /ownership in matters within the IT Application domain (such as ERP, MES, BI/DWH) & IT Infrastructures (i.e. Server & Network administration, PC/devices);
-Previous experience in IT in manufacturing industry.

-Good knowledge of English.
