Proconsul Group S.r.l., an IT services company operating nationwide, is looking for resources with the following professional profile to expand its staff
Service Desk Junior
Required Skills :
Good knowledge of Active Directory.
Good skills in the configuration and management of domains.
Knowledge of Office 365 is appreciated. (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive VPn)
PC and Mobile configuration
Tickets management
Knowledge of English language
Required profile
Motivated person able to accept new challenges
Dynamic and willing to learn
Smart
Ability to analyze, synthesis and problem solving
Ability to work both in a team and independently

The location of the activities are Monaco.
The proposed contractual framework and salary will be equated to the actual skills.
