My figure stands between the site manager and two Slovaks supervisors, and
between the customer and our company for the technical issue. I supervise the
work of the two supervisors, and divide tasks among themselves. Participate in
weekly meetings and do business daily reports of work progress. In this short
time I have increased the resolution percentage of the punch list.

Main activities and responsibilities I started with the project in Aspatria, in support to the other site manager, to
set up the starts of the works.
After about ten days, i started the Hill Farm project with one of the society
founder (He was the Technical Manager on the site).
Before beginning the work:
• I researched rooms and board for all our internal staff
• I searched some sellers of quarry materials, iron, electric materials, safety
wears, road signs, etc.

• I opened accounts by each sellers
• I had various meetings with the PM from EPC contractor (Martifer solar).
• I contacted some firms for the furniture of containers (area compound)
• I had various meetings with the owner of the field
During the works:
In the first time (civil works) I was all the time together with the civil site
manager in order to decide the better way to carrying out the job fast.
Together with the H&S manager produced same document, like the rams,
procedure of first aid, site organizational chart.
I managed electrical materials with the warehouse. I supervisioned the 
advancement of electrical works. I wrote daily and weekly reports and sent
them to the epc and to my company.

Main activities and responsibilities includes but do not limit in:
• Reading and interpreting the technical drawings of the electrical plant, to the
third
party subcontractors.
• Supervise the execution of the works by third party subcontractors, in
compliance
with the technical specifications provided by the Project’s technical
department.
• Control and monitor the execution of works in line with the timeframes of
the main phases of the "electrical works" in order to satisfy the requirements
contractually agreed , such as:
o Realization of the excavations throughout the work area
o Realization of the ground and connections
o Control of the correct positioning of the conduits, in terms of depth and
transverse positioning inside the excavation
o Check the correct positioning of the warning devices and protection (tape
monitors and tile) and check the correct installation of the string box and
related kits connection for each individual panel
o Check the correct positioning of the inspection manholes
o Check the correct insertion of cables inside the corrugated
o Protection control terminals of each cable , before their final connection
o Control over the placement of the equipment within the cabins of field and
its connections
o Control over the placement of the equipment within the cabins of
interconnections and related connections
o Testing and final checks to validate the work performed , in charge of
coordinating the electrical work
o Follow activities related to the start-up and commissioning coordination with
external companies
o Relationships with local suppliers
